轻质墙板裂缝形成原因及控制措施

Causes and Control Measures of Cracks in Lightweight Wallboard

近年来,随着建筑产业化的发展及轻质墙板的众多优点,轻质墙板在建筑领域的应用越来越广泛。随着一些项目的交付,轻质墙板的开裂问题更加突显。因此,轻质墙板的裂缝控制成为亟待解决的问题。论文通过归纳总结当前主要类型墙板的性能,进一步分析选材、施工、环境等因素对墙体裂缝产生的影响,提出轻质墙板裂缝全流程控制措施。

In recent years,due to the development of building industrialization and the many advantages of lightweight wallboard,lightweight wallboard is more and more widely used in the construction field.With the delivery of some projects,the cracking problem of lightweight wallboards becomes more prominent.Therefore,the crack control of lightweight wallboard becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This paper summarizes the performance of the main types of wallboard,and further analyzes the influence of material selection,construction and environment on the wall cracks,put forward the whole process control measure of lightweight wallboard crack.
