PFWD快速检测评价半刚性基层压实质量的应用研究

Application Research on PFWD Rapid Detection and Evaluation of Semi Rigid Base Compaction Quality

依托开阳高速公路月山连接线项目,开展PFWD快速检测和评价半刚性基层压实质量应用研究,采用挖坑灌砂测试压实度方法测试半刚性基层的压实度,建立PFWD模量和压实度的关系,得到了PFWD模量的控制标准。结果表明:PFWD模量和压实度具有较好的相关关系,PFWD模量压实控制标准值为85.8 MPa,利用PFWD可实现快速检测和评价半刚性基层压实质量,PFWD在基层压实质量控制方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Relying on the Yueshan connecting line project of Kaiyang expressway,the application research of PFWD rapid detection and evaluation of semi-rigid base compaction quality is carried out.The compaction degree of semi-rigid base is tested by using the method of digging pit and sand filling.The relationship between PFWD modulus and compaction degree is established,and the control standard of PFWD modulus is obtained.The results show that:there is a good correlation between PFWD modulus and compaction degree,the standard value of PFWD modulus compaction control is 85.8 MPa,the use of PFWD can achieve rapid detection and evaluation of semi-rigid base compaction quality,PFWD has a broad application prospect in base compaction quality control.
