摘要
文章从师范类专业认证理念出发,根据音乐学专业特点,寻求课内教学中专业技巧课程、师范技能训练课程和教学实践环节及职后培训多个模块相结合的人才培养模式,并结合具体实例探究符合社会需求和学生发展的教学体系构建方法。
Starting from the certification concept of teacher training majors and based on the characteristics of musicology majors,this article seeks a talent cultivation model that combines professional skill courses,teacher training courses,teaching practice,and post service training models in class teaching.It also explores the construction method of a teaching system that meets social needs and student development through specific examples.
