摘要
以欧洲最具代表性的5个儿童青少年体适能测评体系为研究对象,采用文献资料法,对比各研究对象间的特征及差异,以期为我国儿童青少年体适能测评体系的发展提供启示。研究对象特征为:以健康促进为根本目的、多维度、多指标、多要素综合分析、测试流程及评价标准精准规范、可实践性极强,相关内容动态调整,测评结果实时反馈,健康促进建议及时有效。对我国的启示为:深化体适能测评体系改革;采用多元联动发展路径;提供数据反馈和身体活动建议;开展我国少儿体适能常模建设;构建符合我国儿童青少年实际的健康支持和促进系统。
The five most representative fitness assessment systems for children and adolescents in Europe were used as the research objects,and the literature method was used to compare the characteristics and differences among the research objects,in order to provide insight into the development of the fitness assessment system for children and adolescents in China.The research object is characterized by:health promotion as the fundamental purpose,multi-dimensional,multi-indicator and multi-factor comprehensive analysis,precise and standardized testing process and evaluation criteria,highly practicable,dynamic adjustment of relevant contents,real-time feedback of measurement results,and timely and effective health promotion suggestions.The implications for China are:deepening the reform of the physical fitness assessment system;adopting a multi-linked development pathway;providing data feedback and physical activity recommendations;carrying out the construction of a permanent model of physical fitness for children in China;and building a health support and promotion system that meets the reality of children and adolescents in China.
