中医非药物疗法对老年人感染新冠病毒的影响研究 ——以太极拳、健身气功为例

On the Effect of Non-drug Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Infection of new Coronavirus in the Elderly——Take Taijiquan and Health Qigong as an Example

文章以太极拳和健身气功为例,探讨中医非药物疗法对老年人感染新冠病毒的影响。采用问卷调查法和运用SPSS软件分析老年人运动频率与是否感染新冠病毒的关系,以及习练太极拳、健身气功年限与转阴天数之间的关系。研究发现,每周5次以上运动频率与感染新冠病毒呈现显著关系,差异有统计学意义。习练太极拳年限、习练健身气功年限与感染病毒后转阴天数呈现显著负相关性。研究认为,作为中华优秀传统文化代表的太极拳、健身气功如同老年人的良医,可以显著缩短病程,降低转阴天数,提高抗病毒的能力和康复能力,有效增强老年人对于新冠病毒的免疫能力。

This article takes Tai Chi and Health Qigong as examples to explore the impact of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the infection of the new coronavirus in the elderly.The questionnaire survey method and SPSS software were used to analyze the relationship between exercise frequency and the infection of novel coronavirus,as well as the relationship between the years of practicing Tai Chi and Health Qigong and the number of negative days.The results showed that the frequency of exercise more than 5 times a week was significantly related to the infection of novel coronavirus,and the difference was statistically significant.There was a significant negative correlation between the number of years of practicing Tai Chi and the number of years of practicing Health Qigong and the number of days of turning negative after infection with the virus.Studies have shown that Tai Chi and Health Qigong,as representatives of Chinese excellent traditional culture,can significantly shorten the course of disease,reduce the number of negative days,improve the ability of anti-virus and rehabilitation,and effectively enhance the immunity of the elderly to the new coronavirus.
