国际工程承包中的“并发延误”研究

Study on“Concurrent Delay”in International Engineering Contracting

工期延误是国际工程承包中的一个普遍现象,而其中因合同双方共同作用造成的“并发延误”无论是鉴定还是处理都比一般的延误更复杂、更困难。本文在阐释“并发延误”定义和鉴别方式的基础上,分析三种常用的“并发延误”处理方式,并给出承包商应对并发延误的建议。

Delay in construction period is a common phenomenon in international engineering contracting,and the“concurrent delay”caused by the joint action of both parties in the contract is more complex and difficult to identify and handle than general delays.This Paper explains the concept of concurrent delay,expounds how to handle it with three common methods,and gives advices for international engineering contractors to cope with concurrent delay.
