绿色发展理念下城市老旧小区改造策略——以淮南市为例

Research on the Transformation Tactics of Old Urban Residential Areas under the Concept of Green Development:Taking Huainan City as an Example

城市老旧小区改造是推进城市物质文明和生态文明建设的重要载体,也是推动城乡绿色发展的重要途径。针对改造工作中存在的突出难题,结合淮南市老旧小区改造的实践经验,提出遵循绿色发展理念的相关改造策略;同时对房屋建筑、公共设施、绿化环境及交通设施等方面提出专项优化策略。期望为其他资源型城市老旧小区改造提供参考与借鉴,使城市综合治理水平显著提高,人居环境品质全面提升。

The renovation of old urban residential areas is an important carrier for promoting the construction of urban material and ecological civilization,and also an important way to promote green development in urban and rural areas.In response to the prominent problems in the renovation work,combined with the practical experience of the renovation of old residential areas in Huainan City,this paper proposes relevant renovation strategies that following the concept of green development.At the same time,proposes special optimization strategies for building construction,public facilities,green environment,and transportation facilities.Hope to provide reference and inspiration for the renovation of old residential areas in other resource-based cities,significantly improving the level of urban comprehensive governance and comprehensively improving the quality of living environment.
