电力工程是经济社会发展的重要组成部分,由于存在一定的特殊性,具有投资规模大、建设周期长、管理难度复杂等特点,因此全过程造价精准管控面临一定压力。结合当前电力工程建设全过程造价管控提升的实际需求,开展电力工程建设全过程造价数字赋能体系研究,基于数字化技术在电力工程造价不同阶段的应用情况,从数据库构建、造价指标计算、数字赋能应用场景及关键技术等方面构建造价数字赋能体系,借助大数据挖掘分析、智能预测等方法,通过先进的数字化技术,推动造价管理工作的深刻转型,构建全新的造价管理模式,进而实现管理效益的跨越式提升,全面促进电力工程造价管理的高质量发展。

Electric power engineering is an important part of social and economic development,due to the existence of certain particularities,with the characteristics of large investment scale,long construction period,difficult management,etc.,so the whole process of accurate cost control is facing certain pressure.This paper combines the actual demand for improving the cost control of the entire process of power engineering construction,and conducts research on the digital empowerment system of the entire process cost of power engineering construction.Based on the application of digital technology in different stages of power engineering cost,the cost digital empowerment system is constructed from three aspects:database construction,cost index calculation,digital empowerment application scenarios and key technologies,with the help of big data mining and analysis,intelligent prediction and other methods,through advanced digital technology,the profound transformation of cost management can be promoted.Construct a new cost management model,so as to achieve leapfrog improvement of management efficiency and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of power engineering cost management.
