摘要
数字化时代,数据作为建筑企业重要的生产要素,全方位推动企业数字化转型,并快速融入企业核心竞争力。本文基于“动因-行为-结果”的逻辑思路,以A企业为例,在分析其数字化竞争力内外部构成因素的基础上,分析建筑企业以创新为驱动、以数据为支撑、以业主为中心、以价值和平台为桥梁所采取的匹配行为,最终从数据获取、数据整合、数据应用三方面提升数字化竞争力,希望为建筑企业提升数字化竞争力提供参考。
In the digital era,data as an important production factor of construction enterprises,comprehensively promotes the digital transformation of enterprises and quickly integrates into the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the logical thinking of“cause-behavior-result”,this paper takes Enterprise A as an example,analyzes the internal and external components of its digital competitiveness,and matches the behaviors taken by construction enterprises that are innovation-driven,data-supported,owner-centered,and value and platform as bridges.Finally,the digital competitiveness is improved from three aspects:data acquisition,data integration and data application,hoping to provide reference for construction enterprises to enhance their digital competitiveness.
