基于CiteSpace的重大基础设施系统韧性研究综述

摘要 近年来基于韧性理论的重大基础设施保护研究被越来越多的学者所关注。本文运用CiteSpace软件对2009-2022年重大基础设施系统韧性领域论文发文量、关键词和突现词等进行了可视化分析。研究结果表明:2009年以来重大基础设施系统韧性领域发文量总体呈上升趋势,近两年更是表现出突飞猛进的态势;该领域初期以定性研究为主,侧重基于系统外部风险或系统内部脆弱性分析的韧性概念框架和韧性指标体系构建,现阶段聚焦于单一基础设施系统或多基础设施组成的网络系统韧性模型与灾害情境下的仿真模拟等量化研究手段;尽管近十年国内外学者发文量巨大但在重大基础设施系统韧性研究的对象和维度方面仍然存在一定的局限性。 Research on critical infrastructure protection based on resilience theory has received increasing attention from scholars in recent years.This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature in the field of resilience of CIS from 2009 to 2022,and visualises and analyses the volume of articles,keywords and emergent terms in the field’s literature through CiteSpace software.The results of the study show that the number of articles published in this field has generally been on the rise since 2009 and has shown a sharp increase in the last two years.Initially,research in this area was mainly qualitative,focusing on the conceptual framework of resilience and the construction of a resilience indicator system based on external risk analysis or internal vulnerability analysis of the system.At this stage,research has focused on quantitative research tools such as resilience modelling of single infrastructure systems or network systems consisting of multiple infrastructures and simulation in disaster scenarios.Despite the huge amount of literature published by domestic and international scholars in the last decade,there are still some limitations in the object and dimensions of the research on the resilience of CIS.
