摘要 将CO_(2)用于钢液精炼是CO_(2)资源化应用于炼钢流程的重要补充。基于CO_(2)用于钢液精炼的最新研究进展,分析了CO_(2)气体在精炼钢液中冶金反应行为,重点综述了常压以及真空精炼过程,CO_(2)作为保护气体、搅拌气体或反应气体等在炉外精炼过程中的应用现状。常压条件下,CO_(2)可防止钢液增氮、调控钢液氧化性并延长底吹元件寿命;真空条件下,CO_(2)不仅能够发挥常压下的作用,且钢液深脱碳、脱气以及去除夹杂物方面的效果更加显著。最后,指出了目前CO_(2)资源化用于精炼过程中面临的问题,认为未来CO_(2)资源化用于精炼过程的研究应从以下2个方面展开:1)优化CO_(2)喷吹工艺;2)深入研究CO_(2)参与炼钢反应的基础理论。 The use of CO_(2)for molten steel refining is an important supplement to the application of CO_(2)resources in the steelmaking process.Based on the latest research progress of CO_(2)used in molten steel refining,the metallurgical reaction behavior of CO_(2)gas in refining molten steel was analyzed,focusing on the use of CO_(2)as a protective gas,stirring gas or reaction gas in normal pressure and vacuum refining processes,and the application status in the process of refining outside the furnace.Under normal pressure conditions,CO_(2)can prevent nitrogen growth in molten steel,regulate the oxidation of molten steel,and extend the lifespan of bottom blow components;Under vacuum conditions,CO_(2)can not only play its role under normal pressure,but also deeply decarburize,degas,and remove molten steel.The effect of inclusions is more pronounced.Finally,the problems currently faced in the use of CO_(2)resources in the refining process were pointed out,and the future research on CO_(2)resource use in the refining process was suggested from the following two aspects:1)Optimizing the CO_(2)injection process;2)In-depth study of CO_(2)participation basic theory of steelmaking reactions.
