Break the Cocoon into A Butterfly:A Study on the Mechanisms that Influence New Entrepreneur Generation

创业者生成是提升社会创业活跃度、实现中国创新创业再升级的关键。为了促进更多创业者的产生,利用25位创业者的一手访谈资料,采用扎根分析法和定性比较分析法两者相结合的方式对创业者生成的影响机理进行了探索,丰富了创业过程的理论研究视角。研究表明:影响创业者生成具有两种不同组态,一种是创业者能力强、创业者资源多、创业者精神强、环境不可变性强,另一种是创业者能力强、创业者资源少、创业者精神强、环境可变性强、环境不可变性弱,并基于两种组态的路径对创业者生成的影响机理进行了分析,提出了针对性建议。

New entrepreneur generation is the key to enhance the level of entrepreneurial activities and realize the re-upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship in China.In order to promote the generation of more entrepreneurs,this paper uses the first-hand interview data of 25 entrepreneurs to explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneur generation based on grounded theories and qualitative comparative analyses.The results show that there are two different configurations affecting new entrepreneur generation.One includes strong entrepreneur abilities,more entrepreneur resources,tough entrepreneurship and strong immutability of environment.The other includes strong entrepreneur abilities,fewer entrepreneur resources,tough entrepreneurship,strong variability of environment and weak immutability of environment.Based on the two configuration paths,the influence mechanism of entrepreneur generation is analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
