规模化奶牛养殖场动物福利水平评价

Assessment of Animal Welfare Level in Large-scale Dairy Farms

动物福利的实现不仅有利于动物自身的生长,也有利于消费者食品安全的保护,更有利于生产者的生产利益。通过调研河南省规模化奶牛养殖场,按照动物福利"5F"原则和《农场动物福利要求-奶牛》团体标准,构建奶牛福利水平评价体系,测度其动物福利水平状况,从发展适度化规模养殖,推广健康化养殖模式和加强智慧化牧场建设等方面提出对策建议,以期对奶牛产业的发展有所借鉴。

The realization of animal welfare is not only conducive to the growth of animals themselves and the food safety of consumers,but also conducive to the production interests of producers.Through the investigation on large-scale dairy farms in Henan Province,the assessment system of dairy cow welfare level was constructed in accordance with the“5F”principles of animal welfare and the group standard of“Farm Animal Welfare Requirements-Cows”to measure the animal welfare level of dairy cows.In terms of the development of appropriate scale farms,the popularization of healthy scale breeding model,and the construction of smart farms,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of dairy industry.
