功能电刺激结合镜像疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复中的应用研究

Application of Functional Electrical Stimulation Combined with Mirror Therapy in the Recovery of Upper Limb Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

总结分析功能电刺激结合镜像疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复中的应用效果与临床价值。选择2021年6月—2023年6月吉林医药学院附属医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机双盲法分为两组,每组30例,对照组应用常规临床恢复治疗,观察组在此基础上合并应用功能电刺激结合镜像疗法,对比分析两组患者的上肢功能恢复情况。结果显示,在接受临床治疗后,观察组患者上肢运动功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力评分相对于对照组而言具有临床优势,并且两组患者各项评分差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能进行恢复治疗时,应用功能电刺激结合镜像疗法具有非常显著的治疗效果和临床应用价值,可以促进患者神经功能的康复,提高患者的恢复水平。

Summarize and analyze the application effect and clinical value of functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy in the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Sixty patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical College from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical recovery treatment,while the observation group received a combination of functional electrical stimulation and mirror therapy.The upper limb function recovery of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The results showed that after receiving clinical treatment,the observation group had clinical advantages over the control group in terms of upper limb motor function score,neurological function defect score,and daily living activity score,and the differences in various scores between the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of functional electrical stimulation and mirror therapy has significant therapeutic effects and clinical application value in the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.It can promote the recovery of patients’neurological function and improve their recovery level.
