麻杏甘石汤颗粒治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Maxing Ganshi Tang Granules in Treating Infantile Pneumonia with Wind Heat Closed Lung Syndrome

研究麻杏甘石汤颗粒治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的效果。选取2021年2月—2022年4月赤水市中医医院收治的74例经中医辨证为风热闭肺证的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和研究组,每组各37例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上增加麻杏甘石汤颗粒进行联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。研究发现,麻杏甘石汤颗粒治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证效果明显,有助于改善患者临床症状,缩短患者临床症状消失时间,优化患者影像学特征和炎症指标,值得普及。

Study the effect of Maxing Ganshi Tang granules on the treatment of infantile pneumonia with wind-heat closed lung syndrome.74 patients with wind-heat closed lung syndrome diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine at Chishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the research group received combined treatment with Maxing Ganshi Tang granules on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Research has found that Maxing Ganshi Tang granules have a significant effect on treating pediatric pneumonia with wind heat closed lung syndrome,which helps to improve clinical symptoms,shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,optimize patient imaging features and inflammatory indicators,and is worthy of popularization.
