依托咪酯联合丙泊酚用于水族和汉族无痛胃镜检查中用药量的比较研究

Comparison of Etomidate Combined with Propofol in Painless Gastroscopy between Shui Nationality and Han Nationality

比较依托咪酯联合丙泊酚用于水族和汉族无痛胃镜检查中的用药量。选择需行无痛胃镜检查的水族患者和汉族患者,按民族将其分为水族组和汉族组,每组各60例研究对象。将0.2%依托咪酯与1%丙泊酚按容量比1:2配制成混合液(EP合剂),所有患者入室后进行心电监护,吸氧,舒芬太尼0.1μg/kg缓慢静注,3分钟后以5mL/kg/h静脉泵注EP合剂,当睫毛反射消失时停止泵药开始行胃镜检查,术中根据患者情况追加适量EP合剂(仍以5mL/kg/h静脉泵注)。记录患者睫毛反射消失的用药量,术中需追加药物的剂量,睁眼时间,完成指令动作时间;记录术中体动,呼吸抑制,低氧血症,低血压,术后恶心呕吐等不良反应发生情况。研究发现,与汉族比较,水族需要的无痛胃镜检查药物剂量更大。

To compare the dosage of etomidate combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy between Shui nationality and Han nationality.Methods the patients of Shui nationality and Han nationality who need painless gastroscopy were divided into Shui nationality group and Han nationality group,with 60 cases in each group.0.2%etomidate and 1%propofol were prepared into a mixture(EP mixture)according to the volume ratio of 1:2.After entering the room,all patients underwent ECG monitoring,oxygen inhalation,slow intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.1μg/kg,intravenous injection of EP mixture with 5mL/kg/h after 3 minutes,stop the pump when the eyelash reflex disappeared,and start gastroscopy.An appropriate amount of EP mixture was add-ed according to the situation of patients during the operation(still intravenous injection with 5mL/kg/h).The dosage of eyelash reflex disappeared,the dosage of additional drugs,eye opening time and the time to complete the command action were recorded;Adverse reactions such as intraoperative body movement,respiratory depression,hypoxemia,hypotension,postoperative nausea and vomiting were recorded.The research found that compared with Han nationality,Shui nationality needs more painless gas-troscopy drugs.
