老年住院患者营养风险筛查质量控制项目管理应用研究

Research on the Application of Quality Control Project Management in Nutritional Risk Screening for Elderly Inpatients

探讨质量控制项目管理在老年住院患者营养风险筛查项目的应用价值。以2018年11月—2019年6月入院的老年患者(年龄为65~90岁)为研究对象,以时间节点为分组依据,2018年11月—2019年1月的143例老年住院患者行常规管理,由营养专科护士查检NRS-2002筛查结果,调研老年住院患者营养风险筛查准确率。另选2019年4月—2019年6月的121例老年住院患者,并给予项目管理,查验NRS-2002筛查结果,调研老年住院患者营养风险筛查准确率。比较项目管理前、后NRS-2002筛查准确率。老年住院患者NRS-2002筛查准确率:项目管理实施后(84.46%)较项目管理实施前(66.6%)高,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,利用质量控制项目管理,不仅能提升护士对老年住院患者NRS-2002筛查的准确率,可对患者营养状况予以精准评估,方便临床医师制订合理的营养支持方案。同时,利用质量控制项目管理能提高护士营养管理能力、责任心、自我价值和团队协作能力,值得应用推广。

Explore the application value of quality control project management in the nutritional risk screening project for elderly hospitalized patients.The elderly patients(aged 65-90 years)admitted from November 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and 143 elderly hospitalized patients from November 2018 to January 2019 were subjected to routine management based on time nodes.The results of NRS-2002 screening were checked by nutrition specialist nurses to investigate the accuracy of nutritional risk screening for elderly hospitalized patients.Select 121 elderly hospitalized patients from April 2019 to June 2019 and provide project management to verify the NRS-2002 screening results and investigate the accuracy of nutritional risk screening for elderly hospitalized patients.Compare the accuracy of NRS-2002 screening before and after project management.The accuracy of NRS-2002 screening for elderly hospitalized patients:After the implementation of project management(84.46%),it was higher than before the implementation of project management(66.6%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Research has found that using quality control project management can not only improve the accuracy of nurses’NRS-2002 screening for elderly hospitalized patients,but also provide accurate assessment of patients’nutritional status,facilitating clinical physicians to develop reasonable nutritional support plans.At the same time,utilizing quality control project management can improve nurses’nutritional management ability,sense of responsibility,self-worth,and teamwork ability,which is worthy of application and promotion.
