手术室预防压疮的护理措施与效果研究

随着复杂手术越来越多,导致手术中发生压疮的概率也越来越高。研究表明,手术体位需要、麻醉方式、手术制动等均是导致手术压疮的危险因素。虽然手术压疮的众多因素不可控,但是通过有效的预防压疮与管理,可大幅度降低手术患者压疮风险。本研究在手术前、中、后3个不同的时间节点,采用多种方式及设备进行手术室预防压疮护理,探讨手术室预防压疮的护理措施与效果。

With the increasing number of complex surgeries,the probability of pressure ulcers occurring during surgery is also increasing.Research has shown that the need for surgical posture,anesthesia methods,and surgical immobilization are all risk factors for pressure ulcers during surgery.Although many factors related to surgical pressure ulcers are uncontrollable,effective prevention and management of pressure ulcers can significantly reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in surgical patients.This study uses various methods and equipment to provide pressure ulcer prevention care in the operating room at three different time points before,during,and after surgery,and explores the nursing measures and effects of pressure ulcer prevention in the operating room.
