基于风险管理的药房差错预防措施探讨

探讨基于风险管理的药房差错预防措施。选取2023年1月—2023年6月的药房管理资料作为样本,共计130份。其中,观察组65份采取了以风险管理为基础的药品管理质量模式,另外65份为对照组,采取了常规药品管理模式。具体研究分析了两组药品管理资料中的药房差错事件。结果显示,在实施基于风险管理的预防干预模式后,观察组的药品差错事件发生率明显较低,与对照组相比存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,基于风险管理的药房差错预防措施在实际应用中表现出了明显的优势,能够降低药品管理的风险,减少差错事件的发生,可以帮助药房提高服务质量,保障患者用药的安全性。

Discuss risk management-based pharmacy error prevention measures.A total of 130 pharmacy management data from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as samples.Among them,65 of the observation group adopted the drug management quality model based on risk management,and the other 65 were the control group,which adopted the conventional drug management model.Specific studies analyzed pharmacy error incidents in two groups of drug management data.The results showed that after the implementation of the risk management-based preventive intervention model,the incidence of drug errors in the observation group was significantly lower,and there was a significant statistical difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).It is found that the risk management based pharmacy error prevention measures have shown obvious advantages in practical applications,which can reduce the risk of drug management and reduce the occurrence of error events,which can help pharmacies improve service quality and ensure the safety of patients’medication.
