内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗术对急性阑尾炎的诊治价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Value of Endoscopic Retrograde Appendectomy for Acute Appendicitis

分析在急性阑尾炎患者的治疗中应用内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗术的效果与价值。研究选取文安县医院普外科2022年7月—2023年7月接受阑尾炎治疗的60例患者,按照双盲法将其平均分为对比组(腹腔镜阑尾切除治疗)与分析组(内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗),并对两组患者的手术指标、并发症发生情况、生活质量、炎症指标与治疗效果进行比较。结果显示,分析组患者的生活质量与总疗效显著高于对比组,而组内患者的手术指标、并发症发生率与炎症指标则明显更低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。研究发现,内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗术在急性阑尾炎的治疗中可起到良好效果,有利于患者各项指标的改善,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Analyze the effectiveness and value of endoscopic retrograde appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis patients.The study selected 60 patients from the General Surgery Department of Wen’an Hospital who received appendicitis treatment from July 2022 to July 2023,and divided them into a control group(laparoscopic appendectomy treatment)and an analysis group(endoscopic retrograde appendicitis treatment)using a double blind method.The surgical indicators,complications,quality of life,inflammatory indicators,and treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the quality of life and overall efficacy of patients in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and inflammatory indicators of patients within the group were significantly lower,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Research has found that endoscopic retrograde appendicitis treatment can achieve good results in the treatment of acute appendicitis,which is beneficial for improving various indicators of patients and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
