摘要
介绍了类笋状二氧化钛纳米管阵列(bamboo shoot-shaped titanium dioxide nanotube arrays,B-TNTs)的制备工艺及制备条件,并对基于此类生物医用材料构建的局部释药系统的性能进行了分析研究。本研究采用二次阳极氧化法制备新型的二氧化钛纳米管阵列(titanium dioxide nanotube arrays,TNTs),即B-TNTs。以促骨生长药物阿仑膦酸钠(alendronate sodium,ALN)为药物模型,通过真空干燥法将其载入B-TNTs内。经过二次阳极氧化制备得到的B-TNTs与一次阳极氧化制备所得的TNTs相比,具有独特的微观结构,即管径自管底至8管口呈现递减的趋势。研究数据表明,此类结构与TNTs相比,具有载入药物释放时间长、载入药物突释量小、药物利用率高的优良释药性能,更符合局部释药系统临床实际应用的条件,具有广阔的研发前景。
The preparation process and conditions of bamboo shoot shaped titanium dioxide nanotube arrays(B-TNTs)were introduced,and the performance of local drug release systems constructed based on such biomedical materials was analyzed and studied.This study uses a secondary anodic oxidation method to prepare novel titanium dioxide nanotube arrays(TNTs),namely B-TNTs.Using the bone growth promoting drug alendronate sodium(ALN)as the drug model,it was loaded into B-TNTs by vacuum drying method.The B-TNTs prepared by secondary anodization have a unique microstructure compared to the TNTs prepared by primary anodization,with a decreasing trend in the tube path from the bottom to the 8th nozzle.Research data shows that this type of structure has excellent drug release performance compared to TNTs,such as long drug release time,small drug burst release,and high drug utilization rate.It is more in line with the clinical application conditions of local drug release systems and has broad research and development prospects.
