米非司酮和米索前列醇在计划生育手术中的临床应用效果研究

Clinical Application Effect of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in Family Planning Surgery

分析米非司酮和米索前列醇在计划生育手术中的临床应用效果。选取贵州省铜仁碧江区妇幼保健院2021年6月—2022年12月收治的行中期妊娠引产与绝经妇女取器计划生育手术的患者为研究对象(n=120),采取随机数字表法进行分组,分为中期妊娠引产试验组、中期妊娠引产对照组和绝经妇女取器试验组与绝经妇女取器对照组,每组各30例。中期妊娠引产对照组和绝经妇女取器对照组患者予以常规药物治疗,中期妊娠引产试验组和绝经妇女取器试验组患者予以米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗。比较四组患者术后疗效、终止孕16~24周妊娠情况、中期妊娠引产出血情况、米非司酮配伍米索前列醇绝经妇女取器情况与四组患者术后并发症发生情况。研究发现,米非司酮和米索前列醇能够提高计划生育手术效果,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,值得基层计生机构临床推广应用。

Analyze the clinical application effect of mifepristone and misoprostol in family planning surgery.Patients admitted to Tongren Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 who underwent mid-term pregnancy induced abortion and menopausal women’s device removal and family planning surgery were selected as the research subjects(n=120).They were randomly divided into a mid-term pregnancy induced abortion trial group,a mid-term pregnancy induced abortion control group,a menopausal women’s device removal trial group,and a menopausal women’s device removal control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the mid-term pregnancy induced abortion control group and menopausal women’s device removal control group were treated with routine medication,while patients in the mid-term pregnancy induced abortion test group and menopausal women’s device removal test group were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.Compare the postoperative efficacy,termination of pregnancy at 16-24 weeks,mid-term induced abortion bleeding,mifepristone combined with misoprostol in menopausal women,and the incidence of postoperative complications among the four groups of patients.Research has found that mifepristone and misoprostol can improve the effectiveness of family planning surgery,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in grassroots family planning institutions.
