人性化服务护理在健康体检中的价值研究

The Value Experience of Humanized Service Nursing in Health Examination

研究并阐释人性化服务护理在健康体检中的核心价值与实施效果。在佛山市高明区人民医院健康体检者之中抽取126例体检者为研究对象,其中63例纳入对照组(采用常规护理方法),63例纳入观察组(采用人性化服务护理方法),对比两组体检者的体检效率、体检质量与效果,并统计本次研究中体检者护理满意度。结果显示,观察组体检效率、体检质量与效果均优于对照组,观察组体检者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在医院健康体检工作的开展中,人性化服务护理方法的利用,不仅能优化体检者体检效率、体检质量、体检效果,还能提高体检者护理满意度,说明人性化服务护理具有较强应用价值与推广价值。

Research and explain the core values and implementation effects of humanized service nursing in health examinations.Among the health examiners at Foshan Gaoming District People’s Hospital,126 examiners were selected as the research subjects,of which 63 were included in the control group(using conventional nursing methods)and 63 were included in the observation group(using humanized service nursing methods).The examination efficiency,quality,and effectiveness of the two groups of examiners were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the examiners in this study was calculated.The results showed that the efficiency,quality,and effectiveness of physical examination in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that in the development of hospital health examination work,the use of humanized service nursing methods can not only optimize the efficiency,quality,and effectiveness of physical examinations for examinees,but also improve their nursing satisfaction.This indicates that humanized service nursing has strong application and promotion value.
