基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预临床应用价值分析

Clinical Application Value Analysis of Nursing Intervention Based on the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery

研究经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出疾病后,采用快速康复外科理念进行护理干预对患者的康复影响。选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2021—2023年内接受经皮椎间孔镜治疗的40位腰椎间盘突出患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将患者划分为研究组和常规组。研究组采取快速康复外科理念的护理方式进行干预,常规组则采取普通的护理方式进行干预,观察并比对两组的患者手术后疼痛情况、并发症发生率以及干预效果。结果显示,研究组数字疼痛评分低于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组,干预有效率高于常规组,生活质量高于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组,腰椎JOA评分低于常规组,以上结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对腰椎间盘突出患者进行经皮椎间孔镜诊治后,快速康复外科理念的护理干预对患者各方面的恢复都有着明显的促进效果,值得临床上推广应用。

To study the impact of nursing interventions using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with percutaneous foraminal endoscopy.Forty patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous foraminal endoscopy treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Use the random number table method to divide patients into a study group and a routine group.The research group adopted a nursing approach based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery for intervention,while the conventional group adopted a regular nursing approach for intervention.The postoperative pain,complication rate,and intervention effect of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.The results showed that the study group had a lower digital pain score than the conventional group,a lower incidence of complications,a higher intervention effectiveness rate,a higher quality of life,a higher nursing satisfaction,and a lower lumbar JOA score compared to the conventional group.The difference in the above results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a significant promoting effect on the recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous foraminal endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
