总结直肠癌伴肝转移患者术后造口护理经验。总结了1例直肠癌伴肝转移患者术后造口高排量的护理治疗经验,并进行文献回顾。通过心理护理、造口护理、饮食护理、造口皮肤护理等各方面护理直至造口高排量患者痊愈出院。研究发现,通过多种护理方法可增加造口高排量护理成功的可能性,提高痊愈率。

Summarize the nursing experience of postoperative stoma for patients with rectal cancer and liver metastasis.Summarize the nursing and treatment experience of a patient with rectal cancer and liver metastasis who had a high displacement stoma after surgery,and conduct a literature review.Through various nursing measures such as psychological care,stoma care,dietary care,and stoma skin care,patients with high stoma displacement will be cured and discharged.Research has found that multiple nursing methods can increase the likelihood of successful high-displacement nursing of stomas and improve the recovery rate.
