拥抱抚触联合非营养性吸吮护理干预应用于新生儿疼痛护理中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Embracing Touch Combined with Non-nutritional Sucking Nursing Intervention in Neonatal Pain Care

探讨新生儿疼痛护理中拥抱抚触联合非营养性吸吮护理干预的价值。选取2021年1月—2022年12月崇左市人民医院收治的200例新生儿为研究对象,将其分为研究组与对照组。对照组仅采用非营养性吸吮,研究组采用非营养性吸吮与拥抱抚触相联合,就两组新生儿的疼痛反应、心率、哭声持续时间和采血效果,以及家长满意度情况进行对比、分析。结果显示,研究组NIPS和NFCS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组穿刺后心率指标优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组哭声持续时间、出血时间较对照组短(P<0.05),出血滴血直径较对照组小(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,拥抱抚触联合非营养性吸吮护理干预应用于新生儿疼痛护理中,可减轻新生儿疼痛,提高家长满意度,值得推广和应用。

Explore the value of embracing and touching combined with non-nutritional sucking nursing intervention in neonatal pain care.200 newborns admitted to The People’s Hospital of Chongzuo from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a study group and a control group.The control group only used non-nutritive sucking,while the research group used a combination of non-nutritive sucking and hugging touch to compare and analyze the pain response,heart rate,crying duration,blood collection effect,and parental satisfaction of the two groups of newborns.The results showed that the NIPS and NFCS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The heart rate indicators of the study group after puncture were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The duration of crying and bleeding in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diameter of bleeding droplets was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05);The overall nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that embracing touch combined with non-nutritional sucking nursing intervention can reduce neonatal pain and improve parental satisfaction in neonatal pain care,which is worth promoting and applying.
