无缝隙护理对妇科恶性肿瘤术后深静脉血栓的预防效果研究

Effect of Seamless Care on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis After Gynecologic Malignancy

探讨无缝隙护理在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。选取济南市中西医结合医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组同时采用无缝隙护理干预措施。将两组患者的凝血功能、下肢周径及血流速度、术后恢复情况、护理满意度4个维度指标进行对比研究。研究发现,妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者在无缝隙护理干预下,凝血功能改善效果明显,术后康复效果较好,下肢血液循环状况良好,总体护理满意度较高,值得在临床推广。

To explore the application effect of seamless nursing in patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.A total of 100 patients admitted to Jinan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,and the observation group was also treated with seamless nursing interventions.The four dimensions of coagulation function,lower limb circumference and blood flow velocity,postoperative recovery,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared and studied.The study found that patients with gynecological malignant tumors underwent seamless nursing intervention had significant improvement in coagulation function,better postoperative rehabilitation,good blood circulation in the lower limbs,and high overall nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
