探究医院公共卫生管理中存在的问题并提出相应对策。将2022年全年范围内平原县第一人民医院在职公共卫生管理部门工作人员纳为受试对象,依据是否实施公共卫生安全管理措施,将2022年1月—6月实施常规管理的工作人员纳入对照组(n=40),2022年7月—12月实施公共卫生安全管理的工作人员纳入研究组(n=40),同时将院内留院观察的1000例患者作为医院感染情况的观察对象,依据其是否接受医院安全管理依次纳入对照组(n=500)与研究组(n=500)。观察两组工作质量评价、院感发生情况与公共卫生管理认知评价,随后回顾性总结医院公共卫生安全管理过程中存在的主要问题并提出相应的对策建议。研究发现,医院公共卫生安全管理中存在的问题主要是由于院内缺乏重视、医疗资源短缺与分布不均、管理制度缺失、应对院感等突发事件的能力不足等因素导致的,可充分借助公共卫生安全管理措施弥补以上缺陷以达到改善医院公共卫生安全管理现状的目的。

Explore the problems in hospital public health management and propose corresponding countermeasures.Staffmembers from the Public Health Management Department of The First People’s Hospital of Pingyuan County throughout the year 2022 were included as test subjects.Based on whether public health safety management measures were implemented,staffmembers who implemented routine management from January to June 2022 were included in the control group(n=40),and staffmembers who implemented public health safety management from July to December 2022 were included in the research group(n=40),At the same time,1000 patients who were kept in the hospital for observation were selected as the observation subjects for hospital infection,and were included in the control group(n=500)and the study group(n=500)based on whether they received hospital safety management.Observe the evaluation of work quality,the occurrence of hospital infection,and the cognitive evaluation of public health management in two groups,and then retrospectively summarize the main problems in the process of public health safety management in hospitals and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Research has found that the problems in hospital public health and safety management are mainly caused by factors such as lack of attention within the hospital,shortage and uneven distribution of medical resources,lack of management systems,and insufficient ability to respond to unexpected events such as hospital infection.Public health and safety management measures can be fully utilized to make up for the above shortcomings and achieve the goal of improving the current situation of hospital public health and safety management.
