摘要
我国东北地区冬季气温较低、低温天气持续时间较长,冬季还伴随着风雪严寒天气,考虑工程建设施工的成本和施工进度问题,在冬季气温较低的情况仍要浇灌混凝土。为在冬期低温仍能浇筑混凝土,须添加防冻剂以确保入模后砼尽快到达抗冻临界强度。混凝土防冻剂在冬天严寒的地区,在砼构件浇筑过程中获得应用。该文主要从混凝土防冻剂的抗压强度比和收缩率比试验对混凝土防冻剂进行验证和研究,并总结防冻剂试验过程中的注意事项,仅为防冻剂的试验提供借鉴。
In northeast China,the temperature is low in winter,the low temperature weather lasts for a long time,and the winter is accompanied by wind and snow.Considering the cost and progress of construction,concrete should still be poured in the case of low temperature in winter.In order to pour concrete at low temperature in winter,antifreeze must be added to ensure that the concrete reaches the critical strength of frost resistance as soon as possible.Concrete antifreeze has been applied in the pouring process of concrete components in the areas with severe cold in winter.This paper mainly verifies and studies the concrete antifreeze from the compressive strength ratio and shrinkage ratio test of concrete antifreeze,and summarizes the matters needing attention in the test of antifreeze,which can only provide reference for the test of antifreeze.
