摘要
为解决复合滤棒发射时端头基棒脱出率高的问题,设计一套双螺旋中线胶上胶系统。该系统由乳胶分配器、胶泵电机、胶管、胶枪构成;对胶线仿真确定为“正反”喷涂模式;利用中心复合设计试验优化双胶枪运行参数使得运行稳定且喷涂面积最大。以红云红河烟草(集团)昆明卷烟厂使用的MERLIN机组为对象进行测试,结果表明,装置使用后运行稳定,复合滤棒端头基棒脱出率由1.63‰降低至0.25‰。该技术可为提高复合滤棒产品质量提供支持。
In order to solve the problem of high composite filter rod end-rod prolapse rate,a set of double spiral middle glue system was designed.The system consists of latex dispenser,glue pump motor,rubber pipe and glue gun.The glue line simulation was determined as"positive and negative"spraying mode.The operation parameters of double glue gun were optimized by the central composite design test to make the operation stable and the spraying area maximum.The MERLIN unit used in Kunming Cigarette Factory of HongyunHonghe Tobacco(Group)was tested.The results showed that the device operated stably after use,and the prolapse rate of composite filter rod end-rod was reduced from 1.63‰to 0.25‰.This technology can provide support for improving the quality of composite filter rods.
