摘要
该文以印度竖井工程建设为工程背景,分析硬岩地质条件下反井钻井的施工工艺、施工方案、故障分析及应对措施,结合近30条不同功能的反井施工经验,总结反井钻井技术在硬岩条件下竖向开拓中的应用效果。在矿山竖向开拓中采用反井钻井技术,能够减少工程成本,改善施工条件,提高施工效率,可以为类似工程施工提供参考。
Based on the engineering background of shaft construction in India,this paper analyzes the construction technology,construction scheme,fault analysis and countermeasures of raise boring machine under hardrock condition.Based on nearly thirty multi-purpose shaft construction experience by raise boring machine,the application effect of raise boring machine in vertical shaft development under hard rock condition is summarized.The application of raise boring machine technology in vertical shaft development can reduce engineering costs,improve construction conditions and construction efficiency,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
