骨折内固定术和人工髋关节置换术在老年股骨转子间骨折治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Internal Fixation and Artifi cial Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly

评价治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,采用骨折内固定术、人工髋关节置换术的不同效果。选取贵州华夏骨科医院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的100例股骨转子间骨折,且年龄大于60岁的患者为研究对象。按照手术方案的不同将患者分为试验组和参照组,每组各50例。试验组行人工髋关节置换术治疗,参照组行骨折内固定术治疗。对比两组患者并发症情况、临床疗效、术中、术后情况、生物力学性能、髋关节功能评分。结果显示,两组患者并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组临床疗效优于参照组(P<0.05),参照组术中指标优于试验组,试验组术后指标优于参照组(P<0.05),试验组生物力学性能优于参照组(P<0.05),髋关节功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,与骨折内固定术相比,治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,采用人工髋关节置换术效果更加理想。可加快患者恢复速度,降低患者并发症发生率,优化临床治疗效果,改善生物力学性能,促进患者髋关节功能提升。同时,还可缩短患者住院时间,使其逐渐恢复正常生活。

Evaluate the different effects of internal fixation and artificial hip replacement on the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures.100 patients aged over 60 years with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to Guizhou Huaxia Orthopedic Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to diff erent surgical plans,patients were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 50 patients in each group.The experimental group underwent artificial hip replacement surgery,while the reference group underwent fracture internal fixation surgery.Compare the complications,clinical efficacy,intraoperative and postoperative conditions,biomechanical performance,and hip joint function scores between the two groups of patients.The results showed that there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The clinical effi cacy of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the intraoperative indicators of the reference group were better than those of the experimental group,the postoperative indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05),the biomechanical performance of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the hip joint function score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to internal fi xation for fractures,artifi cial hip replacement is more eff ective in treating elderly intertrochanteric fractures.It can accelerate the recovery speed of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,optimize clinical treatment eff ects,improve biomechanical properties,and promote the improvement of hip joint function in patients.At the same time,it can also shorten the patient’s hospitalization time and gradually restore their normal life.
