赋能式护理对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制及新生儿的影响评价

Evaluation of the Infl uence of Enabling Nursing on Blood Glucose Control in Pregnant Diabetes Patients and Newborns

探讨赋能式护理的实施对提高妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果以及维护新生儿健康的影响。选取合肥市妇幼保健院2020年10月—2023年2月期间收治的102例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(赋能式护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组各51例,对比两组的护理效果。结果显示:观察组患者护理后的各项血糖指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比新生儿不良结局发生情况,观察组的新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比护理满意度,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比自我管理行为,观察组患者的自我管理行为优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比心理状态,观察组患者护理后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比睡眠质量,观察组患者护理后的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,妊娠糖尿病患者接受赋能式护理,对于提高血糖控制效果以及改善新生儿结局有着积极的影响。

To explore the effect of enabling nursing on improving the blood sugar control eff ect of pregnant diabetes patients and maintaining the health of newborns.102 cases of pregnant diabetes patients admitted to Hefei Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(enabling care)and the control group(routine care),with 51 cases in each group.The nursing eff ects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the levels of various blood glucose indicators in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes,the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group was was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with self-management behavior,the observation group had an excellent rate of self-management behavior was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the psychological state,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of the observation group patients after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the sleep quality,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group patients after nursing care was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that enabling care for pregnant women with diabetes has a positive impact on improving blood sugar control and neonatal outcomes.
