细节管理在消毒供应护理管理中的应用效果研究

医院的医疗器械在使用前后及储存时都需要经过清洗消毒灭菌,该工作由医院专门的消毒供应室负责,因此消毒供应室在医院承担着供应消毒物品、无菌器械包以及其他无菌物品的重任,也是医院感染控制体系中的关键科室。在消毒供应护理管理中,为了更好地提升护理管理效果,临床上应用了细节管理来进行控制,但其实际应用效果还需进一步分析。对细节管理应用于消毒供应护理管理中的效果进行了探究,以期为医院消毒供应室的护理管理工作提供有效参考,促进消毒供应室工作质量的提升。

The medical equipment in the hospital needs to be cleaned,disinfected,and sterilized before and after use,as well as during storage.This work is the responsibility of the hospital’s specialized disinfection supply room.Therefore,the disinfection supply room is responsible for supplying disinfection items,sterile equipment packages,and other sterile items in the hospital,and is also a key department in the hospital’s infection control system.In the management of disinfection supply nursing,in order to better improve the eff ectiveness of nursing management,detailed management has been applied in clinical practice for control,but its actual application eff ect still needs further analysis.This article explores the eff ectiveness of applying detail management in disinfection supply nursing management,in order to provide effective reference for the nursing management of hospital disinfection supply rooms and promote the improvement of the quality of disinfection supply room work.
