基于PDCA循环管理模式联合追踪护理对宫颈癌化疗患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响研究

The Impact of PDCA Cycle Management Model Combined with Tracking Nursing on the Psychological Status and Nursing Satisfaction of Cervical Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

观察基于PDCA循环管理模式联合追踪护理对宫颈癌化疗患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。选取2020年6月—2023年6月佛山复星禅诚医院妇科收治的60例宫颈癌化疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于PDCA循环管理模式联合追踪护理。比较两组患者护理前后不良情绪评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分,统计患者对护理干预的满意度。结果显示,护理后,两组患者不良情绪评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者对于护理的总满意度高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对宫颈癌化疗患者实施基于PDCA循环管理模式联合追踪护理,可减轻患者不良情绪,提升其自我护理能力与生活质量,对于提高患者对护理的满意度有着显著的影响。

Observing the impact of PDCA cycle management mode combined with follow-up nursing on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients.Sixty cervical cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the Gynecology Department of Foshan Fuxing Chancheng Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the research group received joint follow-up care based on PDCA cycle management mode.Compare the scores of negative emotions,self-care ability,and quality of life between two groups of patients before and after nursing,and calculate the satisfaction of patients with nursing interventions.The results showed that after nursing,the scores of negative emotions in both groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The self-care ability score and quality of life score were higher than before nursing,and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the study group with nursing care was higher than that of the control group,and the data diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing a PDCA cycle management model combined with follow-up care for cervical cancer chemotherapy patients can alleviate their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and have a signifi cant impact on improving patients’satisfaction with nursing.
