Research on the Evolution of the Chinese Communist Party’s Land Policy in Ethnic Areas During the Long March Period of the Red Army

长征时期,党和红军途经诸多民族地区,党和红军在民族地区发动土地革命,虽然取得了一定效果,但也引起了民族地区部分土司的警惕抵制,不利于红军民族工作的开展。党和红军考虑到民族地区的特殊性后调整了土地政策,明确表示不在民族地区打土豪,以避免激化民族地区的阶级矛盾和民族关系。红军变通执行党的土地政策的原因,一是党和红军在民族地区实事求是的需要,二是党和红军为建立抗日民族统一战线的需要。

During the Long March of the Red Army,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army passed through many ethnic areas,where the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army launched the agrarian revolution.Although it achieved some results,it caused the resistance of some chieftains in these areas,which was not conducive to the development of the ethnic work of the Red Army.After taking into account the particularity of ethnic areas,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army adjusted the land policy and made it clear that they would not fight against local tycoons in ethnic areas in order to avoid intensifying class contradictions and worsening ethnic relations in ethnic areas.The reasons why the Red Army flexibly implemented the Party’s land policy were that the Party and the Red Army needed to make adjustments according to the condition in ethnic areas,and that it was necessary to establish national united front against Japan.
