20世纪50年代,中国共产党在中南地区实行了以土地改革为中心的乡村社会改造运动。在中国共产党的领导和动员下,中南乡村妇女从封建制度的束缚和家庭的藩篱中解放出来,以满腔的热情积极投身于土地改革的洪流中。妇女作为一个在历史上失语的群体,能如此鲜活地活跃在乡村政治舞台上,这与中国共产党的正确引导密切相关。中国共产党建立的新政权及其领导的土地改革为乡村妇女提供了前所未有的提高社会地位的良机,妇女日益起到了“半边天”的作用,成为土改运动中不可缺少的力量。

In the 1950s,the Communist Party of China carried out the rural social transformation centering on land reform in central south China.Under the leadership and mobilization of the Communist Party of China,rural women in central and southern China were liberated from the bondage of the feudal system and the barriers of the family,and actively engaged in the tide of land reform with full enthusiasm.The fact that women,as a historically aphasia group,can be so vividly active in the rural political arena is closely related to the correct guidance of the Party.The new regime established by the Communist Party of China and the land reform led by it provided unprecedented opportunities for rural women to improve their social status.Therefore,women increasingly“held up half the sky”and became an indispensable force in the land reform.
