摘要
为提升传统农机作业装备的作业效率,减少土壤压实,提高作物产量及收益,可以采用宽幅作业平台作为通用行走装置匹配多种农机具作业。介绍了宽幅作业平台的研究开发背景,选取宽幅作业平台的行走模式、分布式四轮独立转向与驱动及模块化作业机具3个关键技术进行简要阐述分析,并对固定轨道作业平台、两轮驱动龙门式拖拉机和四轮/履带独立转向与驱动宽幅作业平台进行对比分析,提出通用型宽幅农机作业平台的初步设计方案,为国内宽幅农机作业平台研究提供参考。
To improve efficiency of traditional agricultural machinery operation equipment,reduce soil compaction,improve crop yield and income,a wide span operation platform can be used as a universal walking device to match various agricultural machinery opera-tions.Research and development background of wide span operation platform was introduced,three key technologies of walking mode,distributed four wheel independent steering and driving,and modular work tools of wide span operation platform were selected for brief explanation and analysis.Comparative analysis was conducted on fixed track operation platform,two wheel drive gantry tractors,and four wheel/track independent steering and driving wide span operation platforms,and a preliminary design scheme for a universal wide span agricultural machinery operation platform was proposed.It could provide reference for research of domestic wide span agricultural machinery operation platforms.
