重庆市中心城区公共文化设施空间布局及优化研究

Research on the spatial layout and optimization of public cultural facilities in the main urban areas of Chongqing

本文借助GIS技术,对重庆市公共文化设施空间布局基本特征以及存在的问题进行了分析,以GIS核密度分析法得到研究区公共文化设施的核密度分布图,并从设施级别与类型两方面对其空间分布特征进行定性和定量探讨。研究得出重庆市中心城区公共文化设施空间分布总体呈现出明显的聚集—分散格局和中心城区指向性特征,并以对比法得出重庆公共文化设施覆盖率水平与国际化城市差距较大,设施市场化程度不高,以政府主导类为主等明显特征。在此基础之上提出优化空间布局、提升设施覆盖范围、整合资源增强综合效应带动整体发展等具体优化策略,以期为重庆公共文化设施科学合理布局、提高公共服务效率提供技术支持。

This study analyzes the basic characteristics of the spatial layout of public cultural facilities in Chongqing and existing problems using GIS technology.GIS kernel density analysis was used to obtain the kernel density distribution map of public cultural facilities in Chongqing.The spatial distribution characteristics are quantitatively and qualitatively discussed from two aspects:The spatial distribution of public cultural facilities in the main urban areas of Chongqing Municipality generally shows a clear pattern of aggregation-dispersion and central city pointing characteristics.A large gap between the coverage level of the city's public cultural facilities and those of domestic and foreign cities was evident.The facilities are not marketed to a high degree,and they are dominated by government-driven categories and other distinctive features.On this basis,specific optimization strategies are proposed,such as optimizing the spatial layout,improving the facilities’coverage,integrating resources,and enhancing the comprehensive effect to drive overall development.The data will reliably supply the scientific and rational layout of the city's public cultural facilities and improve the efficiency of public services.
