双功能潜手印显影粉末的综合创新教学实验设计

摘要 设计了一种掺杂铬、锑的二氧化钛黄色纳米粉末合成、结构表征与汗潜手印、血潜手印显现性能的综合研究型实验。通过均匀沉淀法合成了金红石型Cr_(0.1)Sb_(0.1)Ti_(0.8)O_(2)纳米材料,实验过程涉及X射线衍射、透射电镜、X射线荧光光谱、激光拉曼光谱等仪器设备的使用。在手印显现性能测试中,实验涵盖了直接刷显法、抗紫外光成像法和小颗粒悬浮液显现法等内容。实验难度适中、综合性强,有利于刑事科学技术专业学生创新能力的训练和科研兴趣的激发。 A comprehensive and research-based experiment on the synthesis,structural characteriza-tion and development property of sweat and blood fingermarks of yellow titanium dioxide nanopowder codoped with chromium and antimony is designed.Rutile Cr_(0.1)Sb_(0.1)Ti_(0.8)O_(2) nanopowder is prepared by homogeneous precipitation and the process involves the use of equipment such as X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope,X-ray fluorescence,ultraviolet and Raman spectrum.In the proper-ty test of fingermark development,the experiment includes powder dusting,anti-UV shielding ima-ging,small particle reagent method.The experiment is moderately difficult and comprehensive,which is conducive to the training of innovation ability and the stimulation of research interest of college students majoring in forensic science.
