分析了新时期高校实验室安全准入制度建设的必要性,从实验室安全准入管理模式、准入授权机制和信息化建设等方面总结了国内外高校实验室安全准入制度建设现状和存在问题,介绍了西安交通大学以实验室安全分类分级为基础,推动培训教育常态化、实施准入考试差异化、推进准入授权网络化的创新举措和实践经验,展示了学校实验室安全准入制度体系建设成效,从完善顶层架构设计,加快建设安全数据中心,重视“移动互联网+”应用等方面提出了高校进一步完善安全准入制度的建议。

Analyzes the necessity of constructing laboratory safety access system in colleges and univer-sities in the new era,summarizes the current situation and existing problems of laboratory safety access system construction in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and introduces the innovative meas-ures and practical experience of Xi' an Jiaotong University based on laboratory safety classification and grading,promoting the normalization of training and education,implementing the differentiation of ac-cess examination,and promoting the networking of access authorization,demonstrated the school labora-tory safety access system construction results,put forward some suggestions on further improving the con-struction of safety access system in colleges and universities,from improving the top-level architecture design,speed up the construction of safe data center,attach importance to“Mobile Internet+”aspect.
