地方高校实验室危化品“集中化+积分制”安全管理措施探析

Analysis on safety management measures of“centralization+integral system”for hazardous chemicals in local university laboratories

危化品作为高校实验室安全事故中的主要诱因之一,其安全管理成为高校实验室安全管理的重中之重,受到各高校的广泛关注和重视。以贵州大学林学院实验中心为例,通过分析传统危化品管理中存在的主要问题,探索性地提出了“集中化”和“积分制”相结合的安全管理管控措施,以确保危化品使用的各个环节闭环管理,包括集中化采购存取、规范化专人管理、积分制过程监控等,进而营造危化品安全管理的良性生态,以实现高质量人才培养、科研产出与实验室安全管理的双赢。

Hazardous chemicals as one of the main causes of laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities,its safety management has become the top priority of laboratory safety managements.Taking forestry college laboratory center of Guizhou University as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional management of hazardous chemicals,and puts forward“cen-tralization+integral system”safety managemengt measures in order to ensure the closed-loop manage-ment of each link in the use of hazardous chemicals,including centralized procurement access,stand-ardized management of special personnel,process monitoring of points system,etc.This would create a benign ecology for the safety management of hazardous chemicals to achieve a win-win situation in high-quality talent training,scientific research output and laboratory safety management.
