收入不确定性与文化消费——基于农村家庭流动性视角

Income Uncertainty and Cultural Consumption-From the Perspective of Rural Families Mobility

面对复杂的国际国内经济形势带来的收入不确定性,研究农村家庭的文化消费对于提振国内消费、实现共同富裕至关重要。但是学界对于收入不确定性对农村家庭文化消费的研究仍缺乏足够的经验论证,并且农村家庭的流动性与文化消费有密切关系,所以从农村家庭流动性视角研究收入不确定性和农村家庭的文化消费具有重要意义。研究发现,收入不确定性对于农村家庭文化消费有显著的负相关显著性影响,并且农村流动家庭的收入不确定性对其文化消费的抑制作用显著高于农村非流动家庭,社会网络和保险保障可以弱化收入不确定性对农村家庭文化消费的不利影响,并且它们能更有效地改善农村流动家庭的收入不确定性对文化消费的抑制作用。加强农村社会网络建设、完善社会保障制度、加快推进新型城镇化建设,有助于提高农村家庭抵抗收入不确定性的能力,提升农村家庭的文化消费。

In the face of income uncertainty brought by the complex international and domestic economic situa-tion,studying the cultural consumption of rural families is crucial for boosting domestic consumption and achieving common prosperity.However,there is still a lack of sufficient empirical evidence in the academic community regarding the impact of income uncertainty on rural families cultural consumption.Moreover,the mobility of rural families is closely related to cultural consumption,so studying income uncertainty and cultural consumption of rural families from the perspective of rural household mobility is of great significance.Research has found that income uncertainty has a significant negative correlation with the cultural consumption of rural families,and the inhibitory effect of income uncertainty on cultural consumption of rural mobile families is significantly higher than that of rural non mobile families.Social networks and insurance guarantees can weaken the adverse impact of income uncertainty on cultural consumption of rural families,and they can more effectively improve the inhibitory effect of income uncertainty on cultural consumption of rural migrant families.So strengthening the construction of rural social networks,improving social security systems,and accelerating the construction of new urbanization can help improve the ability of rural families to resist income uncertainty and enhance their cultural consumption.
