回收生产干冰雪之CO_(2)排放气的工程设计

摘要 目前国内工业生产液体CO_(2)技术趋于成熟,如何利用生产装置进一步提高液体CO_(2)的产量、降低单位产品能耗是提升企业市场竞争力、推动行业发展的一个方向。基于干冰生产的基础数据,通过核算干冰机排放CO_(2)气的最大流量、压力、温度,最终确定选择DN200的回收管道并采用保温棉保温再外包铝皮的防冷桥措施实现了生产干冰雪之CO_(2)排放气的回收。 At present,the industrial production of liquid CO_(2) technology in China is becoming more mature.How to use production equipment to further increase the production of liquid CO_(2) and reduce unit product energy consumption is a direction to enhance enterprise market competitiveness and promote industry development.Based on the basic data of dry ice production,by calculating the maximum flow rate,pressure,and temperature of CO_(2) gas emitted by the dry ice machine,it was finally determined to choose a DN200 recovery pipeline and use insulation cotton insulation and aluminum skin as an anti cold bridge measure to achieve the recovery of CO_(2) emissions from the production of dry ice and snow.
