高效液相色谱法测定环境水质中草甘膦的方法改进实验研究

摘要 《水质草甘膦的测定高效液相色谱法》(HJ 1071—2019)是环境中受污染水质的草甘膦检测的标准方法,但该方法存在一些不足之处。对高效液相色谱法测定环境水质中草甘膦的方法开展改进实验研究。结果表明:改进后的方法检出限为2μg/L、测定下限为8μg/L,检出限和测定下限均符合标准要求;实测样品的加标回收率在94.5%~107%,测定数据的相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.7%~12.8%,符合标准方法回收率在70%~130%以及测定数据相对标准偏差≤20%的要求。 The determination of glyphosate in water quality by high-performance liquid chromatography(HJ 1071—2019)is a standard method for detecting glyphosate in contaminated water in the environment,but this method has some shortcomings.An improved experimental study was conducted on the method of determining glyphosate in environmental water quality using high-performance liquid chromatography.The results indicate that the improved method has a detection limit of 2μg/L,lower limit of determination is 8μg/L,both the detection limit and the lower limit of determination meet the standard requirements;The spiked recovery rate of the measured sample is between 94.5%and 107%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the measured data is between 4.7%and 12.8%,which meets the requirements of a standard method recovery rate of 70%to 130%and a relative standard deviation of≤20%for the measured data.
