原子吸收分光光度法测定靛蓝生产中钾、钠元素含量

摘要 靛蓝生产过程中,合成苯胺基乙酸钾(钠)盐这一步的钾、钠占比非常重要,关系到最终产品靛蓝的质量和产品收率。通过试验建立的用原子吸收分光光度法测定靛蓝生产中钾、钠元素含量的方法,在钾、钠元素含量为0.1~0.8 mg/L的范围内吸光度与元素含量呈良好的线性关系,测得钾、钠元素含量的标准偏差为0.15%、变异系数分别为0.51%和0.41%、平均回收率分别为99.19%和98.60%,方法具有简便快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好的特点,可起到为靛蓝生产提供有效参考数据的作用。 In the production process of indigo,the proportion of potassium and sodium in the synthesis of potassium(sodium)anilinoacetate is very important,which is related to the quality and yield of the final product indigo.The method for determining potassium and sodium content in indigo production using atomic absorption spectrophotometry established through experiments shows a good linear relationship between absorbance and element content in the range of potassium and sodium content from 0.1 to 0.8 mg/L.The standard deviation of potassium and sodium content is 0.15%,the coefficient of variation is 0.51%and 0.41%,and the average recovery rate is 99.19%and 98.60%,respectively.The method is simple,fast,and highly sensitive The characteristic of good reproducibility can provide effective reference data for indigo production.
