公安院校实践思政教育的内涵、困境及路径体系研究

Research on the Connotation, Dilemma and Path System of Practical Ideological and Political Education in Police Colleges

加强实践思政教育,发挥实践育人功能,是新时代下公安院校开展思想政治教育的基本思路与内在要求。该文结合公安人才培养特殊要求,从教育目标、内容、途径等方面挖掘公安院校实践思政教育蕴含的独特内涵,分析实践教育融入公安院校思想政治教育的重要性与必要性,研究当前公安院校实践思政教育教育面临的现实困境,提出构建“全过程、多渠道”“创新型、精准型”“自发型、主动型”“反馈型、循环型”公安院校实践思政教育模式,进一步推动新时代公安思想政治教育新发展。

The basic idea and inherent requirement of ideological and political education in police colleges in the new era is to strengthen practical ideological and political education in order to bring into play the function of practice education.Combining with the special requirements of police talent cultivation,this paper explores the unique connotation of practical ideological and political education in police colleges from the aspects of educa⁃tional objectives,content,and approaches.Then it analyzes the importance and necessity of integrating practice education into ideological and political education in police colleges,and studies the practical difficulties faced by practical ideological and political education in police colleges at present.It is proposed to construct a practical ideological and political education model for police colleges that is“full process and multi-channel”,“innovative and precise”,“self-initiated and proactive”,“feedback and circular”,to further promote the new development of ideological and political education for public security in the new era.
