摘要
高校思政课实践教学是理论教学延伸到实践场域的教学样态,它和理论教学内容互释、功能互补,构成思政课“提质增效”的双引擎。但高校思政课实践教学仍存在目标泛化、内容虚化、组织散化、评价弱化等难点、痛点问题。因此,该文基于OBE教学理念,全方位审视思政课实践教学内在逻辑,结合山东省交通学院威海校区实际,沿着“线上线下融通、理论实际融合、地方史和通史融入、思政教育和劳动教育融汇”的逻辑理路,打造“全员、全过程、全方位”育人的贯通式思政课实践教学,构建融“目标-内容-组织-评价-反馈”于一体的闭合式思政课实践教学体系,对高校思政课实践教学明确目标、优化组织、评价科学和效果提升具有借鉴意义。
Practical teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is a teaching mode that extends theoretical teaching to the practical field.The contents of practical teaching and theoretical teaching mutually interpret and complement each other,forming a dual engine for“improving quality and efficiency”of ideological and political courses.However,the practical teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities still has difficulties and pain points such as generalized goals,blurred content,scattered organiza⁃tion,and weakened evaluation.Therefore,based on the OBE concept,this paper comprehensively examines the in⁃ternal logic of practical teaching of ideological and political courses.Combined with the actual situation of the Weihai Campus of Shandong Jiaotong University,along the lines of“online and offline integration,theoretical and practical integration,local history and general history integration,ideological and political education and labor education”,it creates the practical teaching of ideological and political courses that educates people with the whole staff in the whole process and from all aspects,and builds a closed-ended system of practical teaching of ideological and political courses that integrates“goals-content-organization-evaluation-feedback”.This system has reference significance for the goal clarification,organization optimization,scientific evaluation and effect im⁃provement of practical teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
