A Study on Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law Integrated into Counselors’ Heart-to-Heart Talks

“思想道德与法治”融入辅导员谈心谈话是“三全育人”理念下构建学校思想政治工作体系的必由之路,也是“大思政课”视域下实现学生全面发展的应有之义。“思想道德与法治”与辅导员谈心谈话高度统一,具有教育目的和教育任务的一致性,教育对象和教育内容的耦合性,教育原则和教育方法的类似性。构建“思想道德与法治”融入辅导员谈心谈话模式框架,在客观了解事实的前提下,建立联结、精准突破,立足当下、放眼长远,追踪记录、强化效果。着重分析辅导员谈心谈话与思想政治理论课的区别,不断增强辅导员思想政治理论素养,助推学生的全面发展。

Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law integrating into counselors’heart-to-heart talks is the only way to construct a system of school ideological and political work under the concept of the three-pronged compre⁃hensive education,and it is also the necessary meaning to realize students’all-round development under the view of“comprehensive ideological and political courses”.Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law and counsel⁃ors’heart-to-heart talks are highly unified,and are consistent in educational aims and educational tasks based on the coupling of educational objects and educational contents,and the similarity of educational principles and educational methods.It is necessary to construct the frame of Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law integrating counselors’heart-to-heart talk,build the connection and make breakthroughs accurately,base on the present and look into the future,track and record,and enhance the effect,under the premise of objective understanding of the facts.This paper focuses on analyzing the difference between counselors’heart-to-heart talks and the course of Ideology and Morality and Rule of Law,in order to constantly enhance the ideological and political theory lit⁃eracy of counselors and promote the overall development of students.
