摘要
为了提高Tekla Structure软件在海洋油气平台上部组块项目(后简称为:海工组块)中的功能和应用范围,提高复杂节点的加设效率和准确度,采用Tekla Open API来开发Tekla的节点。通过分析复杂结构的特征,梳理人工操作步骤,并参考加设规范图纸,编写软件逻辑和代码。二次开发节点可以通过模型空间的位置检查来获取指定位置中的零件,从而更加智能,更能符合具体项目实际需求,操作更为灵活准确。描述的二次开发节点软件在恩平18-6项目中也有亮眼表现,在准确度、效率、降低成本方面均有提高。
In order to improve the functionality and application scope of Tekla Structure software in offshore oil and gas platform topside module projects(hereinafter referred to as"offshore module"),and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of adding complex nodes,Tekla Open API was used to develop Tekla nodes.By analyzing the characteristics of complex structures,sorting out manual operation steps,and referring to the installation specification drawings,software logic and code were written.The secondary development nodes can obtain parts in specified positions through the position check in the model space,which can create more intelligent and project-specific solutions,and provide more flexible and accurate operations.The secondary development node software described in this paper also performed well in the Enping 18-6 project,improving accuracy,efficiency,and cost reduction.
